What is a SAVI Pal?

The 2025 Sonoran All-Valley Improv Festival, aka the SAVI FEST will need dedicated and enthusiastic SAVI Pals to help facilitate engagement with troupes from both near and far!

Most SAVI Pals will be assigned two out of town (OOT) troupes and two local troupes to keep in touch with and liaise with before and most importantly during the festival.

A SAVI Pal will:

Leading up to the festival:

  • Provide information on local eateries, coffee shops, bars, and shopping.

  • Provide information on venue and transportation

  • Hold an online meet and greet and Q&A

During the festival:

  • Be the primary contact for any questions and provide direction when needed.

  • Be sure that the team has the most current schedule, locations and times for all events, performances, jams.

  • Provide clear guidance to ensure that teams know systems including checking in and what to expect for their performance time.

  • Communicate any pertinent information or questions back to leadership to find resolve.

  • Provide teams with updates or changes. 

Being a SAVI Pal will be a fun experience and a great opportunity to bond with both a local and OOT improv troupe before and during the Fest!
